All management fees are quoted as a percentage of rental income. There are no sign-up fees or ongoing retainers — we only earn when your property earns. Third-party costs (DTCM permit, Ejari registration, deep cleans, contractor works) are billed at cost with full transparency in your monthly owner statement.

The owner meets the upfront costs of setting the property up for DTCM licensing and getting it guest-ready — permits, any required works, deep clean, styling and starter consumables. These are itemised and approved before spend, so there are no surprises.
