Keyless Access for Check-in

Before You Travel

Four steps to a smooth arrival.

Check your email

Look for the Keyless access email in your inbox. If it is not there, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Download the Keyless app

Install the app on the phone you will carry at check-in. Set up your account and verify your details in advance.

Test the lock

Open the app, find your booking and practise unlocking and locking the door while you have a stable internet connection. Step-by-step instructions are below.

Share with guests

Unlock Your Lock

How to Unlock Your Lock?

For the guest to unlock the door, please sign up using the Keyless application and login using the same email ID the property manager has issued access to.

  1. 1Sign up using the Keyless application.
  2. 2Login using the same email ID the property manager has issued access to.
  3. 3Once you log in, on the home page you will see your assigned lock. Click on the lock icon, which will redirect you to the next page to connect to Bluetooth.
  4. 4Allow permission to turn on Bluetooth to unlock the door.
  5. 5Press ‘OK’, which will redirect you to Settings > Bluetooth.
  6. 6Swipe the bar to switch on Bluetooth.
  7. 7Tap on the center button to unlock the door. It takes 1 – 4 seconds to unlock the lock.
  8. 8The lock is now unlocked. Rotate the cap manually to access the apartment. After 5 seconds, the lock will automatically be locked from outside (the person outside cannot unlock the lock without using the application).

Share Access

Share access with your guests using the Keyless application.

As a guest you have up to “Two guests” that you can share access with to the lock by following these steps:

  1. 1After logging into the Keyless app, click on the icon of the lock you want to share access with.
  2. 2At the bottom of the page, click “Share Access”.
  3. 3On the users’ page, click on the ‘+’ or ‘Add user’ sign at the top right of the page or at the bottom of the page respectively.
  4. 4Enter the email address of the user you would like to share access with.
  5. 5Once you enter the email address, the details of the user will be shown.
  6. 6You can enter the start and end date.
  7. 7Click “Share Accesses” to complete the process. The other guest will receive an email notification with new access, and a request to download the Keyless application to use it as a key.

Keyless Access Questions

Why does the Keyless app need Bluetooth permission?

The lock communicates directly with your phone over Bluetooth. The app needs Bluetooth permission to detect the lock nearby and send the unlock command securely. Without it, the app cannot connect to the door.

How long does it take to unlock the door?

Once you tap the centre unlock button in the app and Bluetooth connects, the lock usually opens in 1 – 4 seconds. Make sure you are standing close to the door and your phone’s Bluetooth is switched on.

Does the door lock again automatically?

Yes. After unlocking from outside, the lock automatically relocks after 5 seconds. Anyone still outside will need to use the Keyless app again to unlock it.

What if the app cannot find the lock?

Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, that you are close to the door, and that you are signed into the Keyless app with the same email the booking was shared with. Restarting Bluetooth or the app usually resolves connection issues.

On Arrival

The door will be unlocked when you arrive.

  • The apartment door will be unlocked for your arrival time.
  • You do not need to collect a physical key or wait at a reception desk.
  • Use the Keyless app on your phone to unlock and lock the door throughout your stay.
  • Arrival times can be busy, so having the app ready avoids delays.
