Dubai Homes & Villas is the advisory website for David Edwards, bringing together over two decades of Dubai property experience across sales, leasing, short-term rentals, monthly rentals and property management.

David co-founded Edwards & Towers in 2004 with Mark Towers. Today, through our brokerage, Edwards & Towers, we continue to advise owners, buyers, landlords and tenants across Dubai, with established offices on Palm Jumeirah and in Jumeirah Golf Estates. David and Mark are both licensed real estate brokers and remain active in the Dubai property market.

From the early days of Palm Jumeirah, Edwards & Towers had a physical office presence on the island, operating from Shoreline Apartments Building 1 under a lease approved directly by Nakheel. This was before commercial office space became available on the Palm, and it placed David, Mark and the Edwards & Towers team at the centre of the Palm's first major handovers, rentals and sales activity. Edwards & Towers has maintained a presence on Palm Jumeirah from the beginning and continues to operate there today.

Alongside brokerage, we have also been managing properties for owners since around 2006 — including furnished short-term rentals, longer-term leasing and ongoing property management. Many of those early owner relationships still continue today, with some of the same Palm Jumeirah apartments still managed for the same owners nearly two decades later.

Licensed short-term rental and holiday-home management is carried out through DVH Holiday Homes. Mark is also a partner in DVH Holiday Homes, further connecting the brokerage, management and holiday-home sides of the business.

Dubai Homes & Villas does not replace Edwards & Towers or DVH Holiday Homes. It sits alongside them as a clear advisory website for owners who want guidance on the right route for their property — whether that is sale, long-term leasing, monthly rental, holiday-home management or a more flexible owner strategy.
