By booking this property, you agree to comply with all Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM) regulations, building management rules, and our booking policies. To complete your booking prior to arrival, the following are legally required: Passport details for all guests, uploaded via the DVH Guest Portal. Electronic signing of the rental contract. Guest verification via Truvi (payable by the guest). Please note that building management approval may take up to 48 hours to process and may exclude weekends and public holidays. Check-in access cannot be issued until all requirements are completed. Once you have made your booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to provide both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so as soon as possible to complete the booking process and enable a quick and easy check-in. Damage deposit arrangements are also managed through Truvi where you will choose between buying a non-refundable damage waiver for $35/£29 or paying a refundable damage deposit $500. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as it protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay and is a cost-effective option. To comply with Dubai Tourism mandate, the accommodation is fitted with keyless access which requires an APP download. You MUST provide a valid email address as this is required for the Keyless app invitation. Failure to comply will delay check-in. Access to the accommodation is app-based; no physical keys are provided for the door access. Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and to meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide passport details of all guests through your guest portal. Your passport will only serve the following purposes: 1. register your stay with the Tourism authority 2. notify the building security to allow you entry The Tourism Dirham fee is AED 10 per bedroom per night. House Rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture, and no parties whatsoever. Please adhere to House and Community Rules and to Dubai Laws and Regulations at all times. For the safety and comfort of all guests, this is a NON-SMOKING property. Please refrain from smoking inside the property. This is a self-catering property. For your convenience we provide a few essentials for your arrival until you can visit a supermarket. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. The cleaning fee included in the booking is for the check-out clean. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, you can add a midstay clean in your guest portal once you have booked. Check-in time is from 3PM until 7PM. Self-check-in is not permitted in this community; guests must provide their arrival and departure times and flight details, where applicable. The Holiday Home Operator must accompany guests. A later check-in time is subject to approval. A check-in fee is applied Check out time is by 11AM Lastly, please be aware that Dubai is constantly developing, and as a result, there may be active construction nearby or renovations within the community or building that could potentially cause noise disturbance. As accommodation in the building is privately owned, we are not made aware of this in advance.
