You will also be given a choice of buying a non-refundable damage waiver for $35/£29 or paying a refundable damage deposit $500. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as it protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay and is a cost-effective option. To comply with Dubai Tourism mandate, the accommodation is fitted with keyless access which requires an APP download. You MUST provide a valid email address as this is required for the Keyless app invitation. Failure to comply will delay check-in. Access to the accommodation is app-based; no physical keys are provided for the door access. Visitors are people who are coming to visit the permitted Guests and are required to be notified to Nakheel Security by the short-stay operator. Visitor requests should be provided to us 24 hours in advance. We provide a copy of Nakheel's community rules before check-in. If you require a copy before booking, please don't hesitate to contact us. For the safety and comfort of all guests, this is a NON-SMOKING property. Please refrain from smoking inside the property. This is a self-catering property. For your convenience we provide a few essentials for your arrival until you can visit a supermarket. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. The cleaning fee included in the booking is for the check-out clean. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, you can add a midstay clean in your guest portal once you have booked. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Lastly, please be aware that Dubai is constantly developing, and as a result, there may be active construction nearby or renovations within the community or building that could potentially cause noise disturbance. As accommodation in the building is privately owned, we are not made aware of this in advance.
